Description

The original chassis left the Porsche factory in February 1973 in touring trim, destined for Italy. After a road accident the drivetrain was transferred into a later shell, the car eventually made its way to South Africa with an Italian immigrant, where it was found it in 1990, recognized it for what it was.
It was rebodied it onto a correct 1973 911T shell (9113500104), retaining the Viper Green. every detail was done properly — the rear arches were flared in steel, matching the unique RS/Euro 74 Carrera profile, not the standard aftermarket shape.

The correct 2.7 RS engine (6630684) was fully rebuilt with heads by Van der Linde Enterprises, running the proper 019 mechanical fuel injection pump, stainless heat exchangers and silencer.

All RS drivetrain components are original to the car — Bilstein's, aluminium brakes, stainless brake hoses, correct sway bars, oil cooling system, steel trailing arms and rare plastic tank.

Inside, rare Recaro RS seats in black with cloth, full RS instrumentation including the 7200rpm rev counter and rare 160mph speedo, 380mm RS steering wheel and period pushbutton radio.
Correct 6 and 7" rims on Dunlop R rubber.
